Agile Learning Design Toolbox Practical Guidelines and Recommendations Management
This project result represents a collection of resources, methods and materials put together under the form of a digital toolkit together with practical guidelines on how to use these resources adapted to the needs of learners.
Focus: Pilot projects in several educational contexts that will use self-directed agile practices.
This deliverable addresses this need and provides specific guidelines and recommendations on how to engage educators and learners in the iterative design of collaborative processes in a variety of educational settings. Target groups: educators, learners (school / university students), coaches / facilitators (who train educators and assist in the co-design and implementation of pilots)
Elements of innovation: This result links educational and (social) innovation contexts to contribute to the creation of lasting cultures of collaboration that cut across organizational boundaries and thereby empowers learners to co-design the learning processes they are involved in. This avoids silo-approaches and reconnects schools to other societal dynamics involved in the creation of (cultural, ethical, social) value.
Transferability potential: As research on (social / non- technological) innovation demonstrates, creativity and intelligence are not only individual skills but have an important collective dimension. Becoming familiar with the cultures of collaboration and the ability to co-design collaborative forms of engagement in educational contexts therefore supports educators / learners in using such skills in other contexts and roles (i.a. as artists, citizens, entrepreneurs, innovators, policy makers, workers).
